It is a limited liability company with independent legal entity status, integrating scientific research, development, manufacturing, and engineering installation services. In December 2018, the company relocated its entire operations to the Industrial Park in Zhuolu County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. Renamed Ke'an Zhuolu Technical Equipment Co., Ltd., the entity assumed full responsibility for all personnel, equipment, business operations, and resources of the original Beijing-based company.
