Paragraph 2 – Multiple Material Options for Your Media
These chemical synthesis reactors use 304 or 316L stainless steel for the basic version. For strong corrosive materials, we use Hastelloy C276 or C22 or TA2 titanium. The volume range is 50L to 8000L. The design pressure is 0.1 to 1.6MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 200℃. The shell thickness is 4-20mm. We can add an insulation layer. You can choose a mechanical or magnetic agitator drive. The blade type is customizable. We include a cleaning ball, a temperature sensor, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, an inlet, an outlet, a sight glass, and a vent. The inner surface can be polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is polished or sandblasted.
