This Stainless Steel Jacketed Reactor uses 304 or 316L stainless steel. The volume range is 50L to 8000L. The internal design pressure is 0.1 to 1.6MPa. The jacket design pressure is 0.3 to 1.0MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 150℃. The shell thickness is 4-20mm. The jacket thickness is 3-12mm. You can choose a mechanical or magnetic agitator drive. The blade type is customizable. We include a cleaning ball, a temperature sensor, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, an inlet, an outlet, a sight glass, and jacket water ports. The inner surface can be polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is polished or sandblasted.
