
Our History
Beijing Ke'an Fluid Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 and is recognized as a Zhongguancun High-tech Enterprise, having received official approval and certification from the Administrative Committee of the Zhongguancun Science Park. It is a limited liability company with independent legal entity status, integrating scientific research, development, manufacturing, and engineering installation services. In December 2018, the company relocated its entire operations to the Industrial Park in Zhuolu County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province. Renamed Ke'an Zhuolu Technical Equipment Co., Ltd., the entity assumed full responsibility for all personnel, equipment, business operations, and resources of the original Beijing-based company.
Our Factory
The company is registered within the Zhuolu Science and Technology Park, occupying a total land area of 11,770.55 square meters. Its facilities-comprising office buildings, dormitories, production workshops, and warehouses-span an aggregate floor area of 8,000 square meters. With a registered capital of 31.88 million RMB, the company currently employs a workforce of 121 individuals, including laid-off workers and local rural residents. This staff includes 4 Senior Engineers, 10 Engineers, 5 Senior Technicians, and 12 university or college graduates. The company possesses leading design capabilities within both the environmental protection and biopharmaceutical sectors, and is equipped with a comprehensive suite of 100 advanced units of machinery processing and inspection equipment.




Our Product
Our company specializes in the manufacture of complete sets of chemical and pharmaceutical equipment-including reactors, mixing tanks, preparation tanks, and specialized-material reactors-integrating R&D, manufacturing, sales, and service. Our core product range includes stainless steel reactors, mixing tanks, sterile preparation tanks, and specialized-material reactors (utilizing corrosion-resistant materials such as titanium, Hastelloy, duplex stainless steel, and zirconium). All products can be customized according to specific requirements regarding pressure, temperature, volume, and material composition to meet the diverse needs of various production processes.

Production Equipment
Our processing equipment includes large-scale imported automatic longitudinal and circumferential welding machines, fully automatic polishing machines, TIG welders, automatic pipe welding machines, CNC bending machines, CNC shearing machines, and CNC lathes. Our inspection equipment comprises X-ray detectors, industrial endoscopes, and surface roughness testers. Additional testing instruments include digital thickness gauges, tensile testing machines, X-ray flaw detectors, roughness testers, and handheld portable spectrometers.

Our company specializes in the manufacture of reactors, mixing tanks, compounding tanks, and specialized-material reactors. Our sales network spans every province and city across China, with products also exported to overseas markets in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Central Asia, Europe, and the Americas.
