Paragraph 2 – Flexible Materials and Strong Build
This Jacketed Reactor uses 304 or 316L stainless steel. For stronger corrosion resistance, we can upgrade to Hastelloy or TA2 titanium. The volume range is 50L to 8000L. The internal design pressure is 0.1 to 1.6MPa. The jacket design pressure is 0.3 to 1.0MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 180℃. The shell thickness is 4-20mm. The jacket thickness is 3-12mm. You can choose a mechanical or magnetic agitator drive. The blade type is customizable. We include a cleaning ball, a temperature sensor, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, an inlet, an outlet, a sight glass, jacket ports, and a vent. The inner surface is polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is also polished.
