This Double-Layer Jacketed Reactor uses 304 or 316L stainless steel. The volume range is 50L to 8000L. The internal design pressure is 0.1 to 1.6MPa. The jacket design pressure is 0.3 to 1.0MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 150℃. Temperature accuracy can reach ±1°C. The shell thickness is 4-20mm. The jacket thickness is 3-12mm. You can choose a mechanical or magnetic agitator drive. Blade types include propeller, anchor, or ribbon. We include a cleaning ball, a temperature sensor, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, an inlet, an outlet, a sight glass, jacket ports, and a drain. The inner surface is electrolytically polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is mirror polished to Ra≤0.8μm.
