This heat jacketed mixing tank uses 304 or 316L stainless steel. The volume range is 50L to 5000L. Internal design pressure is atmospheric to 0.6MPa. Jacket design pressure is 0.3 to 1.0MPa. The design temperature is from room temperature to 150℃. The double jacket structure has good insulation. Shell thickness is 3-15mm. Jacket thickness is 3-10mm. The agitator blade is customizable. With heating, materials dissolve and mix faster. We include an inlet, an outlet, a sight glass, a level gauge, a temperature sensor, a cleaning ball, jacket water ports, and a vent. The inner surface is polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is polished.
