Paragraph 2 – Food-Grade Material with Electrolytic Polish
This beverage mixing tank uses 304 or 316L stainless steel. Both are food-grade. The volume range is 50L to 5000L. The design pressure is atmospheric to 0.4MPa. The design temperature is -10℃ to 100℃. The shell thickness is 3-12mm. We equip it with a high-efficiency agitator. Blade types include propeller or paddle. Mixing is uniform with no bubbles. We include an inlet, an outlet, a sight glass, a level gauge, a temperature sensor, a cleaning ball, a CIP cleaning port, and a vent. The inner surface is electrolytically polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is mirror polished.
