You can choose from stainless steel, Hastelloy, or TA2 titanium. We can also add a coating like F40 or PFA. From our FAQ, we support OEM and ODM. You send us your drawings. We make your reactor.

Paragraph 2 – Flexible Material Options and Strong Build
This Corrosion-Resistant Reactor uses 304/316L for basic, Hastelloy C276/C22 for strong corrosion, or TA2 titanium for high-end needs. The volume range is 50L to 8000L. The design pressure is 0.1 to 1.6MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 220℃. The shell thickness is 4-20mm. You can choose a mechanical or magnetic agitator drive. Blade types include propeller, anchor, or turbine. We include a cleaning ball, a temperature sensor, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, an inlet, an outlet, and a sight glass. The inner surface can be polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is polished to Ra≤0.8μm.
