Paragraph 2 – Key Specifications for High-Purity Work
This TA2 Reactor uses TA2 industrial pure titanium. The volume range is 50L to 5000L. Common sizes are 100L to 3000L. The design pressure is 0.1 to 1.6MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 150℃. The shell thickness is 8-20mm. All are customizable. You can choose a mechanical or magnetic agitator drive. Blade types include anchor, propeller, or turbine. We also add a cleaning ball, a temperature sensor, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, an inlet, an outlet, and a sight glass. The inner surface can be polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is polished to Ra≤0.8μm.
