Our team has 80 people, including 5 senior technicians. The Titanium Reactor uses TA1 or TA2 material. It resists chloride ions and strong oxidizing media. Paragraph 2 – Flexible Range for Your Working Conditions
This Titanium Reactor has a volume range of 50L to 5000L. The design pressure is 0.1 to 0.6MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 250℃. The pure titanium shell thickness is 4-20mm. We decide based on your conditions. You can choose a mechanical or magnetic agitator drive. The blade type is customizable. We include a cleaning ball, a temperature sensor, a pressure gauge, a safety valve, an inlet, an outlet, and a sight glass. The inner surface can be polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is polished to Ra≤0.8μm. The seal is a mechanical seal.

Paragraph 3 – An Environmental Company Treated Chloride Wastewater
A Titanium Reactor works for chemical, pharmaceutical, and environmental industries. It is good for nitric acid, acetic acid, chlorides, weak alkalis, and organics. But do not use it with hydrofluoric acid or hot concentrated sulfuric acid. We once helped an environmental company. They needed to treat wastewater with chloride ions. We used TA2 material for their reactor. From order to shipment, it took 55 days. The reactor ran stably. The customer was satisfied. We offer a 12-month warranty.
