Paragraph 2 – With or Without Homogenizer
This cosmetic mixing tank uses 304 or 316L stainless steel. Both are food-grade or pharmaceutical-grade. The volume range is 50L to 2000L. The design pressure is atmospheric to 0.3MPa. The design temperature is -10℃ to 100℃. The shell thickness is 3-10mm. The tank inside is smooth with no dead corners. We equip it with a high-efficiency agitator. We can also add a homogenizer as an option. The blade type is customizable. Mixing is uniform. The homogenizing effect is excellent. We include an inlet, an outlet, a sight glass, a level gauge, a temperature sensor, a cleaning ball, and a CIP cleaning port. The inner surface is electrolytically polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is mirror polished.
