This industrial mixing tank uses 304 or 316L stainless steel. For stronger corrosion resistance, we upgrade to Hastelloy. The volume range is 100L to 10000L. The design pressure is atmospheric to 0.6MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 180℃. The shell thickness is 3-18mm. The agitator uses ribbon or turbine blades for uniform and fast mixing. We include an inlet, an outlet, a sight glass, a level gauge, a temperature sensor, a cleaning ball, a vent, and a manhole. The inner surface is polished to Ra≤0.6μm. The outer surface is polished or sandblasted.
