This chemical batching tank uses 304 or 316L stainless steel. For strong corrosive materials, we use Hastelloy C276. The volume range is 50L to 3000L. The design pressure is atmospheric to 0.4MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 150℃. The shell thickness is 3-12mm. The agitator uses propeller or paddle blades. Agitation is very stable. Batching is very accurate. We include multiple inlets, an outlet, a sight glass, a level gauge, a temperature sensor, a cleaning ball, and a sampling port. The inner surface is polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is also polished.
