Paragraph 2 – Upgrade to Hastelloy or TA2 for Corrosive Media
These stainless steel chemical mixing tanks use 304 or 316L stainless steel. If the material is corrosive, we upgrade to Hastelloy or TA2 titanium. The volume range is 50L to 5000L. The design pressure is atmospheric to 0.6MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 180℃. The shell thickness is 3-15mm. The agitator blade is customizable for uniform mixing. We include an inlet, an outlet, a sight glass, a temperature sensor, a pressure gauge, a cleaning ball, and a vent. The inner surface is polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is polished. The seal is a mechanical seal.
