This stainless reactor comes in many sizes. You can pick a volume from 50L to 8000L. The design pressure is 0.1 to 1.6MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 150℃. The shell thickness is 4-20mm. All are customizable. We use real 304 or 316L stainless steel. You can choose a mechanical or magnetic agitator drive. Blade types include anchor, paddle, or turbine. We also add a cleaning ball, a temperature sensor, a pressure gauge, and a safety valve. The inner surface can be polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is polished to Ra≤0.8μm. The seal is a mechanical seal.
