1. The autoclave should be placed indoors. When multiple autoclaves are installed, they should be placed separately. Each operating room should have a direct exit to the outside or a passageway, and the equipment location should be well-ventilated.

2. When installing the autoclave lid, prevent the sealing surfaces of the autoclave body and lid from colliding. Carefully place the lid on the autoclave body in its fixed position. When tightening the main nut, it must be tightened gradually in multiple stages, diagonally and symmetrically. Apply force evenly, and do not allow the lid to tilt to one side to achieve a good seal.

3. At the connection of the positive and negative nuts, only the positive and negative nuts should be rotated. The two arc-shaped sealing surfaces should not rotate relative to each other. All threaded connections should be lubricated when assembling.

4. The needle valve uses a line seal; simply rotate the valve needle gently to press the sealing surface to achieve a good seal.

5. Manually rotate the rotating parts on the autoclave to check if the operation is smooth.

6. The controller should be placed flat on the operating table. Its operating environment temperature should be 10-40℃, relative humidity less than 85%, and the surrounding medium should be free of conductive dust and corrosive gases.

7. Check the movable parts and fixed contacts on the front and rear panels for proper functioning. Remove the top cover and check for loose connectors and for damage or corrosion caused by improper transportation or storage.

8. The controller should be reliably grounded.

9. Connect all wires, including the power cord, the furnace wire between the controller and the reactor, the motor wire, and the wires for the temperature sensor and tachometer.

10. Turn on the main power switch on the front panel; the digital display should show a reading.

11. Set various parameters on the digital display (such as the upper limit alarm temperature, operating temperature, etc.). Then, press the "Heating" switch. The furnace will be turned on, and the indicator light on the "Heating" switch will illuminate. Adjust the "Voltage Regulator" knob to adjust the furnace heating power.

12. Press the "Stirring" switch to power on the stirring motor. The indicator light on the "Stirring" switch will illuminate. Slowly rotate the "Speed Adjustment" knob to allow the motor to rotate slowly. Observe whether the motor is rotating in the correct direction. If correct, stop the machine, attach the belt, and then restart it.

13. After operation, allow the vessel to cool naturally, cool with water, or place it on a support for air cooling. After the temperature drops, release the pressurized gas inside the vessel to reduce the pressure to atmospheric pressure (pressure gauge reads zero). Then, loosen the main nut symmetrically and evenly, remove the main nut, and carefully remove the vessel lid, placing it on the support.

14. After each operation, remove any residue from the vessel body and lid. The main sealing port should be cleaned frequently and kept clean. Do not wipe it with hard or rough objects.
