Stainless steel mixing tanks, also known as mixing tanks or blending tanks, are mixing and agitating equipment primarily made of SUS304/316L stainless steel. They are mainly used for material mixing and storage in the pharmaceutical, dairy, beverage, and chemical industries. The main structure includes a stainless steel tank body, a stirring shaft, inlet and outlet ports, and mechanical/magnetic seals. The inner liner is mirror-polished (surface roughness Ra≤0.28μm), and the volume ranges from 100L to 10000L.
This equipment complies with GB150-98 "Steel Pressure Vessels" and JB/T4735-97 "Steel Welded Atmospheric Pressure Vessels" design standards and meets GMP specifications for pharmaceutical production. The tank body is equipped with CIP cleaning ports, SIP sterilization ports, sanitary manholes, and ISO quick-connect chuck interfaces, supporting steam heating/electric heating and cooling/insulation functions. Agitation methods include paddle, frame, propeller, or anchor types. It is equipped with a level gauge, temperature sensor, and digital display control system. The inclined bottom design facilitates material emptying. The supporting documents include material certificates, pressure test reports, and GMP verification data.
