The high-pressure reactor (magnetic high-pressure reactor) is a typical innovation in the application of magnetic drive devices to reaction equipment. It fundamentally solves the shaft seal leakage problem that previous packing seals and mechanical seals could not overcome, resulting in zero leakage and pollution. It is the most ideal device for high-temperature, high-pressure chemical reactions in China, especially for chemical reactions involving flammable, explosive, and toxic media, where its superiority is even more evident.
The magnetic drive device is the core technology for material mixing in high-pressure reactors and is an essential component for designs exceeding 50 bar. After patent publication, it became the industry standard for pressure mixing equipment.
The magnetic drive device seals the actual stirring components within a pressure environment, thus completely solving the reliability problem of the dynamic seal between the stirring shaft and the reactor. Because the basic manufacturing materials of the magnetic drive device are all ferromagnetic materials (iron-based alloys, nickel-based alloys), with excellent magnetic permeability, the magnetic field experiences almost no loss when passing through the sealing alloy layer. Therefore, the rotating magnetic field generated by the externally driven permanent magnet can be effectively received by the internal permanent magnet rotor, thereby driving the stirring components within the reactor to mix the materials.
