The function of the transmission system is to rotate the mixing shaft at the required speed and ensure that the mixing shaft receives the necessary torque. In most mixing devices, there is only one mixing shaft, and the agitator rotates at a constant speed in one direction. However, some specialized mixing devices, to achieve better mixing results, can use two mixing shafts within a single unit, allowing the agitator to perform complex movements, such as reciprocating, planetary, etc.
