Paragraph 2 – Uniform Mixing with No Dead Corners
These chemical blending tanks have flexible material choices. The basic version uses 304 or 316L stainless steel. For strong corrosive materials, we use Hastelloy. The volume range is 50L to 5000L. The design pressure is atmospheric to 0.6MPa. The design temperature is -20℃ to 150℃. The shell thickness is 3-15mm. The agitator uses propeller or turbine blades. Mixing is uniform with no dead corners. We include an inlet, an outlet, a sight glass, a level gauge, a temperature sensor, a cleaning ball, a vent, and a sampling port. The inner surface is mechanically polished to Ra≤0.4μm. The outer surface is polished.
