Paragraph 2 – CIP/SIP Ready with Ultra-Smooth Finish
This Sterile Preparation Tank uses 316L stainless steel (pharmaceutical-grade). The volume range is 50L to 3000L. The design pressure is atmospheric to 0.4MPa. The design temperature is -10℃ to 121℃ for sterilization. The shell thickness is 3-12mm. The sterile agitator is smooth with no bubbles. We include a sterile inlet, sterile outlet, sight glass, level gauge, temperature sensor, CIP/SIP port, and a vent with a sterile filter. The inner surface is electrolytically polished to Ra≤0.2μm. The outer surface is mirror polished.
